The
Badminton WA awards are held annually to reward the badminton community
members who compete at a high level or give service to the community.
Nominations are due in August and then forwarded tro the ANZ Sport Star
Awards. Badminton WA celebrate in our own way with a presentation at
the Country Carnival event held in June.

to affiliate with BAWA: form and details |
|
Download, save and
complete the form below and return by email. Post
the monies or Electronic Funds transfers are available by arrangement.
Badminton Association
of WA membership affiliation is from 1st April to last day of March
the following year. No prorata arrangements are available and Clubs
may affiliate at any time.
Member cards are
posted within the month and members rights are granted upon reciept
of the affiliation fee and relevant forms.

|
Most clubs think
they are covered for their members by the Recreation centre- but they
are WRONG! Recreation
centres need to be consulted on what they do cover, often it is public
liability but not for amateur sports activity. Clubs are open to cliams
of negligence if they are not affilated with BAWA or have their own
